1. PropFlow Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the PropFlow platform — including but not limited to the software, source code, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, database schemas, API specifications, documentation, and marketing content — is owned by or licensed to PropFlow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and database rights worldwide.

Protected under: Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works; WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT); UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988; US Copyright Act 17 U.S.C. and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790); TRIPS Agreement; and all applicable national IP laws.

SECTION 02

2. Licence to Use the Service

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these policies, PropFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform or its components; reverse engineer or decompile the software; sublicense or resell access; remove copyright or trademark notices; or use the PropFlow brand without prior written authorisation.

SECTION 03

3. Customer Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service — property records, tenant data, lease documents, and operational data ("Customer Data"). PropFlow does not claim any intellectual property rights over Customer Data.

You grant PropFlow a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. This licence ends when your subscription terminates and your data is deleted.

SECTION 04

4. Feedback & Suggestions

If you submit feedback, ideas, or improvement suggestions to PropFlow, you grant PropFlow an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate such feedback without restriction or compensation.

SECTION 05

5. DMCA Notice & Takedown (US Users)

If you believe material on the PropFlow website or platform infringes your copyright under the DMCA, you may submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent via propflowhq.com/contact.

Your notice must include: (i) signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) location of the infringing material; (iv) your contact information; (v) a good faith belief statement; (vi) a perjury declaration confirming accuracy. PropFlow will respond to valid notices in accordance with DMCA requirements.

SECTION 06

6. Third-Party Open Source

The Service incorporates third-party open-source software and licensed components. All third-party components are used in compliance with their respective licences. A list of open-source dependencies is available on request.
